I think this is like half graphics half html but if you look at lissa's menu, im guessing she made her own graphics for the menu and i want to make my own graphics for everything on my site including the menu does anyone know how to do this?

Well, if you have Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, its simple...however they do cost money. :( But if you're just looking for simple yet nice graphics, I reccomend downloading GIMP. :) Though if all else fails, it is possible to still make some neat looking graphics with MS Paint...which you already have if you're using Windows. :P

Also image maps are really really really complicated, so I reccomend downloading cutemap (http://digitalimagedelights.com/internet_software/globalscape/cutemap.htm)
