I was just wondering how you could get a frame all the way around your webpage... Cause i have seen many people do it! If it has nothing to dowith frames, but you still know how to do it... PLEASE tell me how!

Sorry, But, I jus' wanted you to know what i was looking for, I just didn't know if you did, So i posted some sites that had it (I do not run them, and did not ask permission of the site owners first, before posting them)

They cut up the pictures and placed them in the frames.
