this is one of the silliest things i have ever seen... i can't help but laugh everytime i see it... everytime we see a rice burner on the road, my husband makes that noise and it cracks me up!

[3] If you start laughing consider yourself legally insane

ive seen that before, and yes i laughed, it wasnt even a second, im sure if there was no picture i would too. Thats just me, if i hear laughing i laugh too, no matter what...
