Har har, it's me again, sorry!
The index page of my site is fine frame-wise, but the links frame on the left scrolls horizontally, and it looks really really bad!! is there a SIMPLE way to remove it? CSS is a tad confusing, but if it's the ONLY way i'll give it a shot...thank you in advance! :)

Just make the frame bigger on the left side. Where it says

<frameset cols="230,*">
<frame src="left.html" name="left">
<frame src="right.html" name="right">

make the 230 bigger, like 240 or something.
