I can't get it to work on my guild on neopets can that work on neopets or do i have to make a layout can soemone help me please?

I don't think you can use frames on Neopets.

No, I don't think you can use frames..at least not in guilds. I've seen people use divs though, you might want to try CSS. :)

Neopets does use frames at all nor does it allow users to use frames in order to make sure that there are no inappropriate pages or content found on Neopets, which is also the reason why they don't allow off-site links. The best thing to use, especially in guilds, is divs like Queen mentioned.
