Can someone please tell me why when you roll over the link in the second column, the "title" jumps as well as the link? This doesn't happen in my first column, I tried moving it over and it still works properly.

seems like the link, when it goes a bit larger on hover, is making the cell become a bit larger, thus shifting the column it is contained in, thus moving the title part.

try setting an exact pixel size for that cell...
