No, that's not the reason why. If that were the reason, then the page of people who won the fastest in the original NeoQuest would also be blank, as nearly all of the accounts of the winners there are frozen.

No, the reason is because Neopets now no longer displays the usernames of the people who won things like that to avoid them from being bombarded with Neomail and Battledome challenges that they don't want. If you notice, there is no such list for the most recent war, and there is the additional fact that that war occured over a year ago so most of the other pages related to the first Meridell war have been deleted. I'm surprised they haven't deleted those pages.

If you have a problem with Neopets, then please start a thread in the Rant section about your frustrations, as this section is for questions like user lookup problems, and etc. and isn't the appropriate place for threads like this.
