I have a question about text in tables, I know how to put it in, the thing is what do I write and where that will make text start at a TOP of a table not MIDDLE as it does?

edit: For example I make two tables, in one of them is more text in other one is less. The one where is more text fill out a table and the one where is less .. text is in the middle of a table.. doesn't start at a top :(
