What you do is right click your desktop and go into properties.Then go to apperance. It should have some sample pictures of different window pics(so you can color your whole coputer stuff). Click on one of the sample picture's scroll bar. it should let you resize your scrollbar. But this is only for your computer. So it practically useless.... I will get back to you with the source but just align it to right and there is some javascript to make the page scroll. I shall try and get back to you when I find it.
