i see alot of ppl with nice backgrounds on neopets...but i cant do that!!! can any1 hlp me???

Do you have any graphic programs? (PSP8 works best, it has seamless tiling...)

You can use lots of different things. Like silver moon said, design programs (like PSP8) work best. There are others though. MS paint works too... most people have that :)
