is there any way i can get rid of the left bar and the top thing but still keep the pictures of my neopets and the picture that shows how long i've been on neopets?

You could probaly just put a white picture over both of them so they wouldn't show up.. If you need the code for that just ask :)

You could have a graphic that fits your layout and put it over the bar :)

that is a code that I am pretty sure will make your image go over the side bar :)
