Ok, whenever i start to make a site i have great idea's and stuff for it... it's just when i work on it for a while it gets boring and the site seems to go down the drain......... are there any sites out there to give me any insperation? :)

here's some tips
write down (or blog) your ideas so you don't forget..
don't take on any tasks that are too big or too many at the same time
you won't ever finish them
keep in mind what you can do
put priorities on things..
like 'i wanna do these three things, but number one is most important'
odds are, if you finish one thing, and well, youll be happier than three -iffy- things
as for inspiration, just go to the best site you know, and tell yourself you want to be able to do that..
also if you're one of the people who loves hits
its great inspiration for finishing/keeping up a site
i think one of your problems may be you wind up being bored with tryingto make it how you want, you sometimes need to clearly blue print how something will work.
