How do you have the text moved a little bit to the right, like wheb you start a new paragraph in an essay, like using "tab" in Words?

Only the first line of the paragraph's words are moved a little bit to the right, but not the next line's, can I do so in a webpage?

                    

If there's a shortcut, I don't know what it is. =)

I like using the <dd> tag as an indent. :)
