ok. you know how you click de button and it just brings you to a different part of thepage? like on Lissa's help pages. with the whole click "how to make stylesheet" and it just jumps you down to the right spot on the same page. or click the arrow pointing up in the circle and it brings you to the top of the page? well i think you get the pic. how do you do that?
