Hey if u go 2 my site http://www.geocities.com/doll2505/index.htm y doesnt the links on the left appear in the center Iframe heres an example of 1 of the links:

it says its target in the inlineframe plz help!!

Hm... you must have fixed your problem... all your links target perfectly into the IFRAME. :) .
