i don't know if this is the best place to have posted this question, but oh well, here it is...

i have a website on angelfire, and i made a new layout today with photoshop. i made it as all one big graphic, then split it into smaller pieces so some could be links to other parts of the site, and some parts were not. my problem is that when i make one of the potential buttons into a link, it creates that blue border around it and throws off the whole look of the layout. the fact that it's blue is my smallest problem, i'm just wondering if there is a way to eliminate that border so everything appears to be just one solid image again. i'm not extremely knowledgable in this stuff, so if there is even a different way to do this, i'm open to that as well (whether it means actually just using one solid graphic, or keeping it broken up like it is). anyway, any help is appreciated.

thanks

add this to your image tag:

border="0"

so it should look something like <img src="pic.jpg" border="0">

Umh..well there's manyn ways to create layouts, i usually make mines in tables, or frames, i like frames a lot...and i usually have like one frame at the top (for my banner, i make my banners with psp8) and one frame to the right (main menu) one in the middle (main) and one to the left (sub-menun) and like if i click on something on the 'main menu' that has a sub menu, it will appear in the sub menu....and then when i click it in the sub menuu..it will go to main. Well, thats another way to make a layout, i think is easier and faster...and it looks really idk. But i think that the ful graphic layouts look much neither....but they a liltle bit more of time. :) hope i helped
