Hi! I just want to know if there is a way for a link to open two frames at the same time.. is it possible?

Meaning..
Just take a look at my undone website.. I want such that when I click on FAQ, my left inline frame and right inline frame will change content.. possible??
ps. the faq page is not uploaded yet so if you click on it you will get a missing page alert.

By the way, what is the code to allow users the refresh your page?
