Okay, I'm not exactly sure how to word this, so it might be confusing...

Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to have the iFrame as the main content box but have the navigation above it, only not in an iFrame.

A good example is http://monkeysdolls.katescafe.com/index2.html , which is where I basically got the idea. I saved the HTML and have tried to figure it out from there but I can't seen to make sense of it :grouch: . Can you please help me?

they are using iframes.....in her index page is the links and her main frames page, and its named iframe, and her links directly link to her iframe.....all you need to do to accomplish this is setup your page the way you want it, when you have your iframe tag just name it whatever you want, and in your links target them to what you named your iframe.
