Unless you want to get it illegally, you need to buy Frontpage. If you are new to webpage design, it is well worth the money.

you will save yourself the headaches if you just learn HTML yourself and notepad is free with all windows systems and i am sure if you have a mac there is some free word processor on there too!!!

You can get FrontPage 2003 for about $200.

my friend, believe me, you don't want frontpage. It is notorious for messing up your code, and adding alot of uneccesary junk. in fact, most editers like frontpage (WYSIWYG-stands for what you see is what you get) don't give you what you see. Besides, coding layouts and such your self gives you much more flexibility. Don't waste your time with frontpage, it only gives what you don't see...headaches and frustration.
