No it's not free. It is called a "domain" and you have to buy it from an hosting service and domain service.

Most places you have to pay, but try www.cjb.net and sign up there. They might be able to help yo.

But make sure you know that cjb.net will have yourusername.cjb.net in it

My dad has a program, and on it you can make .com website domains.. its really cool. He's got a registered domain for his business company :)
