I'm looking for a new web host were i can use an html editor like geocities, and were I can have my own domain name with no ads on the site, i dont even know if something like that exists..and if thats not possible I wanted to know if I wanted to use FTP if I can get a builder thing free with the web host or whatever

I doubt you can get a domain name for free. You need to purchase it.
