On one of the pages of my site, www.geocities.com/welcometobreaktown/artgallery.html , I want to make the cells of the tables into links(section where it says "drawings" and "interactive") but it won't work...

Can anyone help me??

I see what you're trying to get at... cells can't be used as links, but images can. If you want to use those images as links, change your table cell border's to 0, then link the images to whichever site you want them to link to.
