when i visit my website, it only shows the top part. nothing else. when i try to log in, it doesnt do anything at all. my website is:

at first, i thought it was the maintainance mode, but I cant log in to turn it off. please help!

the only thing it shows is the index.cgi and that is because you have used frames, but only one frame. You have to use 2 or more to view the frames, because one frame is just the page itself.

on the index.cgi page you have only the codes that are viewed when i open up the page, so you gotta make more pages and add more frame codes or just add more content to the index.cgi page :)

also in your index.cgi page you have used frames AND normal html like tables. You cannot use both, you have to use frames OR tables, you can only have a frame code on the page, not other html.

but how do i change it if i cant log in?

you haven't got the files in your computer? if not, you should have them there the next time, always keep some backup on your computer to save these kinda problems :)

otherwise, installing it again is the only solution to me.
