I'm doing a site that's using div layers and i was wondering if it is possible to make a transparent BG?

to make a transparent background, just dont add the background tag. Or do you mean your making a table like box thing and u want the background of that to be transparent then you would add this

filter: alpha(opacity=0)

Or do you mean a background for the div? if you do mean that, just don't insert an 'background-color: #COLOR' tag to your <div> code
