Are you in high school yet? Once you get in high school, freshman year you feel so small, but then you realize the older students arent different at all, just older.

I find it funny when people are always telling me to enjoy middle school while I still can. What is there to enjoy? :lol: The guys still act like they are in 5th grade and everyone is still growing and changing so it is when you look the most stupid and it is when you are the most lanky (well at least in my case because I grew REAL fast). Don't get me wrong... I am not wanting to grow up as fast as possible... but I don't see any fun in middle school :buckt:

exactly!! :D pretty much everyone was in their "awkward" stage.. most/many guys were immature. eck people in general were just too annoying for me to function in a world.. or school.. with them :P luckily next year the high school i'm going to is big enough for me to successfully avoid everyone!

I'm in 10/11th and I'm just begining to be lanky :P I have 13 year old guys ask me if i'm 12 *shrugs*

hmm, I'd have to say probably 10th grade was the best for me... in middle school you have less to worry about but people generally tend to be immature, which continues especially into 9th grade. then 11th and 12th grades can just be kinda stressful and toward the end of senior year you realize that a lot of the people you're used to seeing everyday you may never see again... so yeah, 10th grade is right in the middle, everyone is reasonably mature but you don't quite yet have the pressure of college nonsense :P

Immaturity can be an extrememe annoyance and/or hindrance, and in many cases it is.
There were many, many times last year when my whole class was punished (usually extra homework) because a few were acting like bafoons.
There's nothing wrong with being silly now and then, but you have to know when and where it is appropriate to act that way. ;)

a lot of things can be wrong... It doesn't please me when a boy in class says "EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA" and all the boys start giggling madly because they think it is sooo funny :buckt:

Hehehe, I didn't laugh at that, but it is sometimes funny when a guy says something that gets everyone laughing histerically. :D

Some guys just have that ability to make people laugh, even if what they say doesn't make any sense at all. :P

I try to ignore them and not laugh to prove them wrong, but that doesn't always work. heh

Sometimes it is just silly stuff too.

Like one time in class the teacher was talking and she said "Gentlemen"...

and before she could go on a guy said "START YOUR ENGINES!"

rather stupid... but pretty funny at the time :P

^hehehehe. Yeah I remember my freshman year this guy was clowning around around and the teach said to him: "You've really gotta get ahold of yourself Keith!". The guy says "What d'ya want me to do, hold my leg and hobble down the hallway!?" hehehe
