okay- heres the deal:
i was on createblog.com and i was looking at all these cool skin things and i decided i wanted to make one myself... except i have no clue whatsoever about html (know a lil bit, enough to change colors and stuff, if someone told me where to put stuff, i could do that too.. but i can't write my own) and i have no clue what css is... it sounds like some weird government agency.... but yea anyways.. could someone help?? is there a wizard out there or ... anything?? }:( grrrrrr

You can use that to imitate the effect but i don't know if that helps you. You can make a pop up box that does not loot like a regular window but how you want it.
