I just downloaded a free version of FTP Explorer. But my computer won't let me log in to the FTP program. I am 100% sure that I got the user name and password right. This is the message that appears when I try to log in:

Can someone please try to help me??? It means a lot to me to get this website up and running!!! I am so frustrated right now :(

Looks like it's logging in, if I'm reading it correctly. What happens after all this comes up? Do you see any folders at all, or anything?

The problem is that my folders and files are not showing up ... The FTP program window stays blank - Both the little window where the folders shoulda been and the big window where my files shoulda been. I can't see any of my stuff and it doesn't let me upload any files :(

I am so sad :crying:
