how do i make my inlines frames transparent so i can see the background

Search the forum for "inline frames" or "transparent". This question has been asked too many times and we are growing weary of answering it again and again.

Is your background a color or an image?

Try this:

If your background is an image, try cutting out the part where you want the IFRAME and then make a new page with the background of that image. After that, link your IFRAME to that new page. Hope that helps!
