I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean put the image on your page? That would be this: <img src="URL OF IMAGE" width="WIDTH" height="HEIGHT" border="no">

wat i mean is I have my image in pain and I have my html in notepad. how do i get the image and the html together and to put it up on my website?

Use the code that Combat Babe gave you, and just put the name of your image there instead. All your coding will be on Notepad. Then when you're done, save it as .html and upload it.
