*scared over the fact that my thread will get deleted*
-yeah right...
lefty 07-06-2004, 09:42 PM You can't delete your account, but nothing can stop you from not using it.
By the way, your thread only got deleted because it was not appropriate for the forum.
*stellar. 07-06-2004, 09:43 PM why cant you delete your account??
thats weird
MaGiCSuN 07-06-2004, 09:48 PM why would you need that anywayz.
Leia doesn't bother anyone with newsmails so no deleting needed :)
*stellar. 07-06-2004, 09:49 PM by the way

*stellar. 07-06-2004, 09:53 PM YOU people make no sense
weird girl 07-06-2004, 09:54 PM To delete your account. It really isn't necessary, like Mirna said.
Like the others said, you don't have to post here if you don't want to. No one's forcing you.
Makar 07-06-2004, 09:55 PM ...I'm confused.
*stellar. 07-06-2004, 10:04 PM so now my messages are being deleted because they're too short?

HermioneLovegoo 07-06-2004, 10:07 PM HEY!

*sniffles*
im sorry i forgot this forum was for people who are like.. 5 years old
Haha, that's rich.
You know what we like to do over at The Rubber Chicken? Indead of bannage, we like to humiliate annoying newbies to no end by changing around their avatar and information. Of course, we the people of LEIA are a lot nicer. ;)
weird girl 07-06-2004, 10:17 PM Uh... no. your posts were deleted because they all were within a 5 minute range. Within those 5 minutes, you use the EDIT button.
Methinks someone is going for an alternative option, which is bannage. :P
Edit: I want to go to that forum! :lolol:
*stellar. 07-06-2004, 10:21 PM ooh ooh i choose humiliation
go ahead and change my avatar.. since y'know.. i dont HAVE one and anything...
and anyways.. who cares what you people think?
i think i will stay on this forum.. just to spite people
lefty 07-06-2004, 10:28 PM i think i will stay on this forum.. just to spite people
What was that you said earlier about being mature?
*stellar. 07-06-2004, 10:29 PM What was that you said earlier about being mature?
....what you cant read?
lefty 07-06-2004, 10:29 PM What, you can't sense sarcasm?
Makar 07-06-2004, 10:34 PM ooh ooh i choose humiliation
go ahead and change my avatar.. since y'know.. i dont HAVE one and anything...
and anyways.. who cares what you people think?
i think i will stay on this forum.. just to spite people
Dude, I just told you we don't do that here. As for the spiting, bring it on! I just hope you last longer than most who've tried the same thing...
weird girl 07-06-2004, 10:39 PM This is better than TV! :lolol:
Shirl 07-06-2004, 10:46 PM ^haha

SSPrincess 07-06-2004, 10:56 PM This is better than TV! :lolol:Ditto that, except this is without comercials! What a perk! :hehe:
Now Makar, where is this Rubber Chicken Forum? I'd like to visit it.
Makar 07-06-2004, 11:04 PM The Rubber Chicken (http://www.n-chicken.net) <-- best place ever. That is, if you get Australian humour. ;)
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 01:08 AM *Gets out lawn chair and cooler* This is going to get VERY interesting.
Shirl 07-07-2004, 01:10 AM ^ Shall I start making popcorn? :D

*stellar. 07-07-2004, 01:27 AM :O

Shirl 07-07-2004, 01:29 AM hehehe, it was a joke:) I think Ill have some soda wierd girl:D
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 01:38 AM still.. people dont joke here...
its a no-no, because.. see that would mean that
and regarding the spiting, i will last much longer than any of your little.. computer nerd freaks
because obviously im not the first to try to last long in this little forum but i will last longer than any of the little geeks
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 01:43 AM I'll have a Dr. Pepper. Popcorn? Sounds great!
Shirl 07-07-2004, 01:44 AM Im a geek:D and proud of it:D
zetsubou 07-07-2004, 01:44 AM Mmm, smells like bancakes.
HermioneLovegoo 07-07-2004, 01:45 AM still.. people dont joke here...
its a no-no, because.. see that would mean that
and regarding the spiting, i will last much longer than any of your little.. computer nerd freaks
because obviously im not the first to try to last long in this little forum but i will last longer than any of the little geeks

You know, I guess we are. But we're proud of it :)
And we do joke... we just have an odd sense of humor.
Queen of the Wise, I'd like some popcorn. With extra butter. Please?
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 01:46 AM HAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHHA
well if you guys are having popcorn, then i cant not have some

weird girl 07-07-2004, 01:48 AM I've made quite a few sarcastic posts in the past :P
I'm a geek and proud of it too! :D Hooray for us geeks!
Oh yes, and I'll get those drinks for you all too. :)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 01:49 AM :::passes Hemione the popcorn::: Oh yes, feel free to laugh, im used to it:D
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 01:49 AM and just how do you plan to ban me?
kicker91 07-07-2004, 01:50 AM Maybe you don't get this...
-YOU- can't ban yourself.
But... omg... get this...
-LISSA- can!
Got it now?
You don't have to post here like other people have said, but if you annoy us to death, you're going to get banned eventually. :)
HermioneLovegoo 07-07-2004, 01:50 AM We don't... just annoy you until you leave:-)
weird girl 07-07-2004, 01:51 AM Lissa can ban you, and if you decide to be any more of a nuiscance you probably will be banned.
Edit: Evil slow computer. Kicker got to it first :P
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 01:53 AM So, I'm a computer nerd geek? HAHAHA! I'm a barrel racer...oh my...
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 01:57 AM ^^^^
barrel racer?
now there's something to be proud of...
haha
now now, you cant ban me
it would be "inappropriate", and scare all the little kids on this site
and i could just make another account to come back and talk to you guys! my bestest friends, my buddies
weird girl 07-07-2004, 02:00 AM You can be banned by your ip address, so you'd be banned regardless of what username you were under.
Makar 07-07-2004, 02:03 AM Stellar...you seem...familiar somehow...
Did you post a topic at The Rubber Chicken a while ago concerning pultry? Yes...yes it's all coming back to me now...
No wait, that guy only posted once. Apparently he came to his senses rather quickly and left.
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 02:07 AM ^^^^
barrel racer?
now there's something to be proud of...
Actually, you're right. I'm very proud. Why? Because I'm a champion that's why. And I'm a computer geek to boot. So..nyeah. :stickout:
And yes, you can be banned. By your IP address.
zetsubou 07-07-2004, 02:09 AM But..what is it?
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 02:10 AM Stellar...you seem...familiar somehow...
Did you post a topic at The Rubber Chicken a while ago concerning pultry? Yes...yes it's all coming back to me now...
No wait, that guy only posted once. Apparently he came to his senses rather quickly and left.

Shirl 07-07-2004, 02:12 AM :::senses some hostility:::::
weird girl 07-07-2004, 02:13 AM *Senses a longing to be banned*
Makar 07-07-2004, 02:15 AM you loser, im a girl.
and no i didnt post a topic at the rubber chicken regarding poultry... learn how to spell
Oh, excuse me, Ms. Man, but everyone makes typos, and at least I use proper capitalisation and punctutation. Or did you just make eight typos in one post?
lefty 07-07-2004, 02:16 AM I hope you're enjoying your little escapade throughout the forum, because I can guarantee it won't last very long.
Shirl 07-07-2004, 02:19 AM Thanks for the entertainment though:D
SSPrincess 07-07-2004, 02:19 AM *senses that the hamburgers are done cooking and begins passing them out*
Cool! I've never been called a computer nerd before! That's a first in my book....now where did I put that book...
*sees it under a large beach ball*
Hey! Anybody wanna play dogeball? :D
Oh man...I've have to go outside before I crack up...this is just too funny!
*giggles and walks to her front door*
weird girl 07-07-2004, 02:20 AM I love the sticky keys feature. :P Makes proper capitalization ever so much easier
-- Back on topic (somewhat)
I know. This is very entertaining :D
Makar 07-07-2004, 02:25 AM Yes yes, in the words of Happy Bob:
Your presence on the forums has entertained us all to no end.
Now go outside and get some fresh air. Go on, it will do a world of good.
kicker91 07-07-2004, 02:26 AM I love this. :D
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 02:27 AM Dodgeball? I'm up for it! :)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 02:31 AM I love dodgeball! :D
SSPrincess 07-07-2004, 02:40 AM After swimming and softball, dogeball is my most favored activity.
*picks up the beach ball & hands two kick-balls and hands them over to Queen & Ms. Sparrow*
Now how shall we split up the teams? 1 member vs the rest of the forum sound good? :D
Anyone else want to play? I have more kick-balls just in case anyone else wants to join.
weird girl 07-07-2004, 02:41 AM I'll play :D Dodgeball is very fun. :)
Makar 07-07-2004, 02:51 AM Sure, I'll play. Just go easy because I recently got a nose job. ;)
Oh, and just to prove a point...
barrel racer?
now there's something to be proud of...
That is so true. Having holes pierced into your cartilage is something to be much more proud of, isn't it?
Cherchezlafemme 07-07-2004, 02:57 AM It really appalls me how stupity can be like a bottomless pit in someone
An Excellent Example of that: *stellar. ;)
Wow, ok if this is such a child's forum explain to me why you stayed afterwards to post stuff  And if WE'RE the 5 year olds why aren't you the 'grown up' by leaving with dignity. Also about that part where you corrected people for their spelling and calling others computer nerds is amazing how that was such a low blow, really shows what kinda character some people have. *hint hint* I wasn't refering that last bit in a positive manner ;)
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 03:08 AM hmm.. yeah it is something to be proud of
hahahha
you guys amuse me to no end
i  you guys

*stellar. 07-07-2004, 03:11 AM whee i love dodgeball

Makar 07-07-2004, 03:29 AM hahahha
you guys amuse me to no end
i  you guys
..!
I thought we covered that already... :confusion
westernrider 07-07-2004, 04:04 AM hmmm... this is interesting...
well first of all...
you said you would out last us "little" computer freaks... well... I am very tall. So I am not "little" and I could probably kill you just by landing on top of you.
And yeah... barrel racers are very awesome... no... you do not race in barrels... you ride horses around barrels in the fastest time possible. I do it myself... and it is risky to do it... so we should be proud.
This thread sparks my "rude, gonna show you are wrong" mind :buckt:
Rosey 07-07-2004, 04:13 AM *waves bye*
Monkey Bizzle 07-07-2004, 05:05 AM i just wanna know why you started to be rude in the first place? you wanted to know how to delete an account and people said that you don't have to and you got all p!ssy about it... ^^^ is up with that?? and why are you sitting here insulting all of us? so, we are computer nerd freaks or whatever you called us because we tried to answer your question and you didn't like the answer that we gave? what is your problem?
No matter what the situation, please do not try to avoid the filter. thanks
weird girl 07-07-2004, 05:06 AM She just wants to be an irritating pest... she's one of them who finds pleasure in getting an angry reaction from others...
Munchkin 07-07-2004, 05:15 AM You know, *stellar, you remind me a lot of my sister. And, that's not a compliment. But, you know what- you don't bug me as much as my sister. Because, she has a core of sort of good in her, and you are obviously a very insecure person, who resorts to belittling other people to make yourself feel better.
I just want to remind you of this saying: What goes around, comes around.
Cheers.
Rest of you wonderful gang, I want to play dodgeball too! Or is it volleyball... :buckt:
Marianne 07-07-2004, 08:24 AM Don't waste too many posts on her, people, when Lissa comes in, me thinks *stellar. will be history :D
aviegrace 07-07-2004, 10:07 AM Am I the only one who DOESN'T want Stella banned? Goodness I waited so long for this day, for someone to hand me a gun and say "shoot me" because BWAAHAHA here I come. Gee Stelle, you are purposely being an idiot to annoy us but do you realize the only annoyed one is YOU. Nobody is angry here but you. In fact I think I'm going to have fun with your immature-ness. If you are smarter you would just stop being so immature. When you sign up it means you agree to the rules we have here, so you have no right to be angry esp. since you broke the rules yourself. Also, you say "I don't care" yet obviously you do. Soooo, what do you want?
LesPaul59 07-07-2004, 01:41 PM I'm in for dodgeball. I'm a small target ;) And I can get pizza for afterwards. At 8:40 in the morning, I think I'll have myselft some Elios :P
Thank you, I haven't laughed like that in a long time. I don't want Steller banned, because wow aren't I having fun.
<edit> Marianne! "Me thinks" ??? That poor grammar might upset people around here </edit>
Marianne 07-07-2004, 01:45 PM <edit> Marianne! "Me thinks" ??? That poor grammar might upset people around here </edit> Ooops  it must be you guys, polluting a poor dutchable's grammar with American slang. I blame it all on this forum!
LesPaul59 07-07-2004, 02:56 PM Accept some responsibility! How dare you!
lefty 07-07-2004, 03:15 PM Nobody is angry here but you.
Well aside from me, considering she snapped at me and neglected to respond when I retaliated.
<edit> Marianne! "Me thinks" ??? That poor grammar might upset people around here </edit>
Methinks is actually a word :P
LesPaul59 07-07-2004, 03:16 PM But she put a space between me and thinks ;)
Marianne 07-07-2004, 03:38 PM But she put a space between me and thinks ;)
I confess to the crime!
I've always loved LEIA in the summer time :P
Shirl 07-07-2004, 04:43 PM ooo a new day, whos up for another round of "oo lets be an immature little git and try to make these smart, intelligent, NICE people mad!" :D
*stellar. 07-07-2004, 04:47 PM well good morning everyone:froggie2:
Shirl 07-07-2004, 04:57 PM Mornin' :D
weird girl 07-07-2004, 05:38 PM I'm grammatically obssesed and I don't have a problem with "me thinks" ;)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 05:59 PM Hehehe, I think somebody is about to recieve a one way ticket to ban-ville:D
starlet 07-07-2004, 06:28 PM Summer really is here...our first troll of summer 2004...there'll only be another 20 more like this one before the summers out
weird girl 07-07-2004, 06:30 PM I joined here winter of last year so I wouldn't know what LEIA in the summer is like :P
Oh joy, now I don't have to worry about extreme boredom during the sumer! :lolol:
Shirl 07-07-2004, 06:31 PM ^Oh so you call them trolls:D hehehe, I thought they were just annoying little brats, but trolls sounds much better:D
weird girl 07-07-2004, 06:40 PM Yes I like trolls better :D
Beware you evil little trolls... muahaha :buckt:
Shirl 07-07-2004, 06:42 PM hehehe, I suppose none of these "trolls" have ever read the story of the three billy goats? :D Dont you people know that the bad guys always LOSE? :D
(psst...by the way weird girl...congrats on your 500th post):)
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 07:03 PM ooo a new day, whos up for another round of "oo lets be an immature little git and try to make these smart, intelligent, NICE people mad!" :D
o.O I second that! :) Makes me really wonder about people sometimes...their intelligence level...hrm...or maturity level, whichever.
Munchkin 07-07-2004, 07:13 PM So, is the dodgeball game still on? ;)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 07:13 PM Oh yes, intelligence and maturity go hand in hand, you cant have one without the other:D I ought to know, I have 3 brothers:D
MrsJackSparrow 07-07-2004, 07:17 PM Oh yes, intelligence and maturity go hand in hand, you cant have one without the other:D I ought to know, I have 3 brothers:D
Of course. :) I don't have any brothers though. I only have guy friends that are like brothers to me. :D
weird girl 07-07-2004, 07:17 PM Maybe we should play dodgeball over in the fiction forum. *Starts a new thread* :D
SSPrincess 07-07-2004, 07:22 PM Good idea. Now lets see who's playing dogeball. So far its:
Me
MrsJackSparrow
Queen of Wise
weird girl
Makar
Munchkin
LesPaul59
I don't believe I'm forgetting anyone, but if you want to join in, feel free, and run over here (http://www.lissaexplains.com/forum/showthread.php?t=58016) to play some LEIA Dodgeball! ;)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 07:28 PM :::runs to play dodgeball::: Feel free to join us *Stellar.....though I think you may want to reconsider all that stuff you were saying yesterday, angry people and dodgeballs arent a nice combination:D
Munchkin 07-07-2004, 08:04 PM weird girl hit me with a ball. *pouts*
*goes off to seek revenge in the dodgeball thread*
LesPaul59 07-07-2004, 08:24 PM Oh yes, intelligence and maturity go hand in hand, you cant have one without the other:D I ought to know, I have 3 brothers:D
haha I beg to differ....I'm not that mature, and have a +4.0. I'm just the lucky one. SOME people on this board didn't get so lucky ;)
Shirl 07-07-2004, 08:43 PM ^hehehe Well, your one of the few guys I've seen on this forum who actually have a brain:D No offense to the brainless guys out there:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 09:20 PM Question...are y'all still playing dogeball? I'd love to join in!
Shirl 07-07-2004, 09:20 PM yep...its in the fiction forum:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 09:50 PM Ah, well then, off I go to the fiction forum. And I must say that this is a very interesting thread. It's like a soap Opera!!!!
Shirl 07-07-2004, 09:52 PM haha yeah, except that I've never seen a soap opera where theres an annoying little git running around complaining that people are too immature, then parade around and act like a child:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 09:59 PM true, but I'm sure it will happen someday...it would certainly make the creator rich, everyone would be interested.
Shirl 07-07-2004, 10:00 PM hehehe, yeah, but why would people pay money to watch that when they can see it right here for free:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 10:15 PM hmm...I suppose your right. And even years after when this thread is long gone, someone will be that stupid again. Thus, I give you the neverending cycle of soap operaness
Shirl 07-07-2004, 10:18 PM heheheh:D I think this thread should be re-named "The little git who tried, but was no doubtedly taken down" :D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 10:20 PM I agree. Speaking of which, have you noticed the lack of recent posts on her part? Did she not say that she would last here longer than us "computer nerd freaks"?
Shirl 07-07-2004, 10:21 PM Ah, indeed she did say that:D But you know how those TROLLS can get.....I hear they dont have much intelligence.....:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 10:31 PM Ya know, I been hearing that too. I've also heard that when they aren't whining about something or getting poed, they can only communicate through grunts...
Shirl 07-07-2004, 10:39 PM hehehe, yeah, and I have yet to see a pretty troll:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 10:45 PM I wonder if they exist???
Shirl 07-07-2004, 10:50 PM Hmm...well seeing as the lot of them are foul and smelly, I dont think so:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 11:02 PM you're probrably right.
sisqoluv 07-07-2004, 11:12 PM "Computer nerd geek"? According to my ex, it's "Computer Nerd", the geek part doesn't fit. Please be politically correct.
I may not own this type of forum, but the ones I use are quite similar in admin. ways. She can ban you by "closing" your name. She may also block your IP, meaning you won't be able to use your computer to touch this forum, no matter what you think you can do about it. If you try to show up on another computer, we'll mess with you again until you're blocked again.
Hey, does anyone remember that stalker guy or whatever? :lolol: Is this the sequel to that comdey? That was mad fun, but this chick is just lucky I got here late.
sisqoluv 07-07-2004, 11:20 PM After swimming and softball, dogeball is my most favored activity.
If I wasn't gone today, I would have brought along the medicine balls, but I'm too late. Rats. And it would have been more fun if we invited our new "friend to play".
Shirl 07-07-2004, 11:22 PM Oh yes....I did invite her, but oddly enough she hasnt posted all day except this morning:D
Combat Babe 07-07-2004, 11:42 PM Are we talking about the troll again? She never did play did she?
Shirl 07-07-2004, 11:43 PM No...I dont think trolls brains are complex enough to handle such a skilled game like dodgeball:D
sisqoluv 07-08-2004, 02:16 AM Oh yes....I did invite her, but oddly enough she hasnt posted all day except this morning:D
Hmm... I wonder why :lolol: Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
*stellar. 07-08-2004, 02:24 AM oh im back :)
and for the one who said that maturity and intelligence go hand in hand.. thats not true. i have a 4.0 average and according to you guys im not mature
therefore... you're wrong.
and im not ugly. i know im not gorgeous but im not butt-ugly. i've seen enough ugly people to know that i am not that hideous.
ooh dodgeball! fun fun
Combat Babe 07-08-2004, 02:25 AM No...I dont think trolls brains are complex enough to handle such a skilled game like dodgeball:D
I dunno....I've heard they hit things fairly well, but it's usually with clubs...
*stellar. 07-08-2004, 02:26 AM so what troll are we talking about?
i certainly dont see any trolls in this forum
Shirl 07-08-2004, 02:28 AM I believe you misunderstood my implication. A 4.0 average means nothing except that you pay attention in school, it has nothing to do with your intelligence of the outide world. Math and English and all that are good things to learn, but there are much more important things to learn as well, like gaining respect from others. You can't gain respect unless you show respect.
*stellar. 07-08-2004, 02:29 AM i believe i dont care :lolol:
haha
you guys are too funny
i <3 you in a totally platonic way
Either way it's still not allowed on the forum; do not bypass the language filter
Shirl 07-08-2004, 02:30 AM Obviously not. Im not going to argue with you on that.
*stellar. 07-08-2004, 02:31 AM well im glad we can all get along
now, darlings, what about that game of dodgeball?
and perhaps one of you can help me out and tell me what troll we are talking about?
Shirl 07-08-2004, 02:37 AM The dodgeball game can be found in the fiction forum. And if you dont know what troll we are talking about, you arent as intelligent as you think.
The dodgeball game can be found in the fiction forum. And if you dont know what troll we are talking about, you arent as intelligent as you think.
<3
Shirl 07-08-2004, 02:45 AM *Stellar, might I ask your age?
Makar 07-08-2004, 02:51 AM *Stellar, might I ask your age?
I was wondering the same thing. Of course, it won't mean anything coming from her seeing as this is the internet and all.
That reminds me, I've been meaning to tell you guys something. I'm really a 72-year-old man living in a mud hut in Pakistan, and I'm living off my son's wages. However, I do get satellite TV...
Shirl 07-08-2004, 02:53 AM ^heheh:D
weird girl 07-08-2004, 03:08 AM Bethygirl, that's an insult to us 14-year-olds. :buckt:
Shirl 07-08-2004, 03:10 AM Why is it that the people who think they are being funny tend to ignore the intelligent comments about them and go on being immature and NOT funny? :D
Gah, naturally I am late. :( But I have read through this whole thing and have been laughing myself silly! And I agree with weird girl. :P
weird girl 07-08-2004, 03:29 AM Apparently, people like her are common occurences come summer time :buckt:
Shirl 07-08-2004, 03:30 AM Oh yes...maybe Lissa ought to start charging them "Entertainment Fees" :D
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 03:43 AM Oh yes...maybe Lissa ought to start charging them "Entertainment Fees" :D
:lolol: Yea, entertainment fees...
14? Wow...and she's calling us "darlings?"
Shirl 07-08-2004, 03:44 AM Im 16, and alot of people would still consider me a kid, but I dont act like a child.
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 03:47 AM It brings us back to the original point of maturity level, I suppose...
SSPrincess 07-08-2004, 03:53 AM Trolls playing dodgeball are too large and well...stupid as they mostly just sit there and get hit. Pretty much a free-for-all-target.
Oy, and sisqoluv, I believe that was supernick(or something like that) and for all we know he's still out there somewhere...but at least with trolls, it's easy to figure out where they are so you can avoid them...usually....^^;
LesPaul59 07-08-2004, 01:00 PM I believe you misunderstood my implication. A 4.0 average means nothing except that you pay attention in school, it has nothing to do with your intelligence of the outide world. Math and English and all that are good things to learn, but there are much more important things to learn as well, like gaining respect from others. You can't gain respect unless you show respect.
Oh that type of intelligence... :P Ah, this is real good fun :) Lessons on life...nah that soap opera title doesn't fit :P
Cherchezlafemme 07-08-2004, 02:49 PM and for the one who said that maturity and intelligence go hand in hand.. thats not true. i have a 4.0 average and according to you guys im not mature
I beg to differ :P If you're STILL here arguing with what you call "5 year olds" and "computer nerd geeks" about intelligence/dodgeball/etc.. then that is just not very smart or mature :hehe:
4.0 Average that's a good one
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 02:56 PM And I would think 4.0 is a school based average, and really doesn't help you in the real world. We're talking about maturity not school grades.
Shirl 07-08-2004, 03:22 PM Exactly. It's good to know that there are people out there who take pride in using their brains:D Now, Im about to be a Junior in high school next month, and my average is 3.8, which isnt far from a 4.0, but that only shows how well I do in school. People don't understand that school is just one of the many lessons in life. *Stellar, I would just like to say that if you keep that attitude for the rest of your life, it will really mess you up in the long run. Im only 16 and Im already considering jobs, colleges, and I've even started saving up to get my own place when Im 18. I had 2 older brothers, 1 of which is still living with my parents and hes 21, and the other has finally got some sense knocked into him and got his own place. Anyway, enough of my rambling, the main point is, if you want people to look at you as intelligent and mature, you've got to SHOW how intelligent and mature you really are. (and FAKING intelligence will NEVER get you anywhere in life)
lefty 07-08-2004, 03:39 PM Considering how much common sense and street smarts I hold, it's no surprise that my GPA is "only" a 2.9.
According to some people here I'm an idiot because I can't get my average above a 3.0, but if you pay any attention at all you would learn that I far from idiotic and get off perfectly fine without a bunch of teachers telling me whether I am smart or not.
Shirl 07-08-2004, 03:44 PM ^Ah, but those are great things to know:D
Like I said, that only shows how much effort you put into your school work. I know people that are extremely intelligent, but they just dont like doing their school work.
Shirl 07-08-2004, 04:52 PM Oh that type of intelligence... :P Ah, this is real good fun :) Lessons on life...nah that soap opera title doesn't fit :PWhat d'you suggest as a proper title then? :D Humor me:D
(Sorry for the double post...I couldnt edit due to the 5 minute thing) :)
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 07:28 PM Considering how much common sense and street smarts I hold, it's no surprise that my GPA is "only" a 2.9.

Exactly. That's the way it is with me. I can't get my average above or at the 3.0 level. But that doesn't mean that I'm stupid. I read, and write well enough. And the only downside to all of it is math - I hate it, and honestly can't get the concept of it.
Yes, they've ruled me as deyslexic in a sense, but not because of reading, but because of math.
Shirl 07-08-2004, 07:31 PM ^Same here, I suck at math:( Its okay though, because Im a great writer, I love writing. I think my english teachers know more about me than my own parents lol :D
salomeyasobko 07-08-2004, 07:32 PM  AHAHAHA! this thread is sooo entertaining! [especially in the beginning ;)]
my my how foolish people can get :hehe:
i can't believe i missed this... :crying:
obsessivereader 07-08-2004, 07:33 PM Your GPA means nothing. I know people who dont go to close most of the year and are making 110's. Then there are those that go to close and are making 17's. Arent the always talling us to try and learn outside the box?
Shirl 07-08-2004, 07:36 PM  AHAHAHA! this thread is sooo entertaining! [especially in the beginning ;)]
my my how foolish people can get :hehe:
i can't believe i missed this... :crying:Isnt it just! Though I wouldnt say foolish....but Im going to be nice and not state my opinion of the stupid little...ooo let me stop before I get myself into trouble hehehe
salomeyasobko 07-08-2004, 07:36 PM yes GPA means nothing, you can be a horrible, annoying, stupid person and have a high GPA.. not saying that you are any of those though, of course.
just wondering, *whatever, what was the point of this thread? does it bring you joy to have people bring you down?
oh other than figuring out if you can delete an account or not..
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 07:38 PM Yea, I love writing too. Maybe that's why I'm in so many RPGs
Shirl 07-08-2004, 07:38 PM I dont know what the point of this thread is.....but I do know that for someone who is "mature" and "intelligent", she sure has been rather quiet.....
salomeyasobko 07-08-2004, 07:40 PM may he/she/it realizes they are wasting everyone's time.. or maybe they've decided to stop trying to raise their post count like this ;)
weird girl 07-08-2004, 07:40 PM I got an A in math last year, but just barely. Algebra is evil and must die! But there's a scholarship I want to get that requires a 4.0 average and three years of math in high school :( I got the highest grade in English though :P
I can understand it, but it takes me longer to comprehend, and math homework takes me about an hour to do!
I have a 4.0 average (now anyway), and do have a good deal of intelligence, but am not the most mature person out there. I do have a little bit of maturity though :P
I know that was a bit offtopic but oh well :P
obsessivereader 07-08-2004, 07:40 PM I love to write but I am not that good. Umm question isn't the word stellar from a Disney Channel movie?
MrsJackSparrow 07-08-2004, 07:41 PM Oh...you noticed that too?
obsessivereader 07-08-2004, 07:42 PM Yea I thought of it last night but couldn't place it. Know I have it it is from Zenon *gag*
Shirl 07-08-2004, 07:42 PM Weird Girl, you are younger than me correct? I must say that at first I thought you were the same age, if not older than me. I dont think you are immature.
obsessivereader 07-08-2004, 07:44 PM Weird Girl, you are younger than me correct? I must say that at first I thought you were the same age, if not older than me. I dont think you are immature.
Yea she is right on that one
Shirl 07-08-2004, 07:46 PM I sometimes slip little jokes into serious conversations, just to lighten things up a bit. Thats not being immature, thats showing that you know the difference between what is appropriate and innapropriate behavior in certain conversations.
weird girl 07-08-2004, 08:00 PM ^ I do that too sometimes. I love to joke and kid and such.
Although somethimes I find pleasure in making people roll their eyes by telling really lame, lame, lame jokes, or making some dumb pun :buckt:
Shirl 07-08-2004, 08:01 PM heheh, thats not immaturity, thats just showing your personality:D If nobody were humorous, we'd all be plain and boring:D
salomeyasobko 07-08-2004, 08:01 PM ooh i made up a joke!!! all by myself!!
where does a fetus go pee?
EDIT: fine, no one wants to say "where?" :(
i'll tell you! in the bathwomb!!!! haaaaahaaaaaaa :buckt:
weird girl 07-08-2004, 08:05 PM ^ HAR!!!!! :buckt:
heheh, thats not immaturity, thats just showing your personality:D If nobody were humorous, we'd all be plain and boring:D
True. We have to be silly every now and then :buckt:
Shirl 07-08-2004, 08:08 PM hehehe Sal :D I think everyone has a bit of their childhood self in them when they get older. My brother Mike is a perfect example. He will be 23 next month, and just yesterday I was at the store with him, begging him to stop embarrasing us. He was riding on the back of the shopping cart lol :p
salomeyasobko 07-08-2004, 08:09 PM yes it's.. waste.. goes through the mother's liver and kidney. :D
i feel that a healthy balance between immaturity and having a sense of humor must be kept.. being too serious [or being around someone that is] is no fun, but immature people are annoying. :P
haha my mom is "silly" sometimes too. but i won't give examples for fear of embarrassment
Shirl 07-08-2004, 08:33 PM Yeah, but I get annoyed very easily if the person I'm conversing with can't carry on an intelligent conversation.
weird girl 07-08-2004, 08:39 PM I have to agree. I know some people offline and on who... well, make me look as if I'm the most mature person in the world...
My dad is probably the most sarcastic person I know. And guess who he passed it on to? :hehe:
inocntlilgrlNOT 07-08-2004, 09:18 PM Ha! Hahaha!
I just finished reading this conversation - all 12 pages! - and I can't believe that at first I thought this was a normal question/answer/getsforgotten thread...
As for the geek thing - I LOVE being called a geek. I fit the description, anyway...
obsessivereader 07-08-2004, 09:22 PM Why are people so intent on fitting others into certain classes/types?
westernrider 07-08-2004, 10:46 PM I remember the stalker dude thing... when he posted that song he sang... wow... I could have died... it was so funny... either he just had a very very very thick french sound in his voice.... or he had no idea how to sing. I almost think this thread beats that :buckt:
Shirl 07-08-2004, 11:19 PM Ah well, might I just say, to *Stellar, and all you others like her.....Keep up the good work, you guys are very amusing:D
sisqoluv 07-08-2004, 11:48 PM Oy, and sisqoluv, I believe that was supernick(or something like that) and for all we know he's still out there somewhere...but at least with trolls, it's easy to figure out where they are so you can avoid them...usually....^^;
If he kept that stuff up, he's probably in prision by now, lol. He just got worse and worse with every other post.
oh im back :)
and for the one who said that maturity and intelligence go hand in hand.. thats not true. i have a 4.0 average and according to you guys im not mature
therefore... you're wrong.
and im not ugly. i know im not gorgeous but im not butt-ugly. i've seen enough ugly people to know that i am not that hideous.
ooh dodgeball! fun fun
4.0? I can see that if you're taking classes on being annoying... Anyway, I don't care about GPA. They don't matter much. You can get a 4.0 while a person much "smarter" and "maturer" gets a 3.0. I pay attention to courses taken and effort.
As far as looks go, I think everyone is beautiful in their own way. However, I also believe that attitude reflects on how "beatiful" people think you are. And the thing is, I haven't seen how you look, but I have seen your messed up attitude, and that doesn't say much for you.
Cherchezlafemme 07-08-2004, 11:53 PM I remember super[lame]nick and his signature I LOVE JENNY HYUN :lolol:
no I love her and I'll never get over her ever!!!!!!!!
Monkey Bizzle 07-09-2004, 03:36 PM ...I LOVE being called a geek...
me too... i'll be rich one day because i'm a geek
westernrider 07-09-2004, 04:08 PM hahhaha... ahh the wonders of supernick... the song he sang... it was like
I looOOOooOOOoooOOOooOoooooove yoooooooou
or something like that where his voice cracked and went oooOOooOoooOooo :buckt:
I believe supernick was here when I was gone for so long...? I don't seem to remember him at all. :hehe:
Shirl 07-09-2004, 07:10 PM Ah, 2 days and still no word from *Stellar! Perhaps we scared her away with our intellect:D
Heh... too bad that doesn't work on my brother. ;)
Shirl 07-09-2004, 07:16 PM ^no:( brothers just get angry and call you names.....but if your careful with your vocabulary choice you can make him look stupid in front of all his friends:D
LesPaul59 07-09-2004, 09:50 PM Same with my sister and her two friends. I made complete BUTTHEADS out of them just using simple intelligence. Ah, It was so funny it hurt. Or maybe that was me hitting my head.
Although somethimes I find pleasure in making people roll their eyes by telling really lame, lame, lame jokes, or making some dumb pun :buckt:
...
Two guys walk into a bar. The third ducks.
:P
Shirl 07-09-2004, 09:55 PM ::shakes head:::D Simple intelligence isn't even needed to make my brothers look dumb...neither of them even finished their freshman year in high school, they've completely forgotten everything they learned in school period. One is a pothead, and does nothing else but smoke all day, and the other is a former felon, but he had some sense knocked into him when he spent a month in jail:D hehehe, now hes married and has a 5 month old daughter
lefty 07-09-2004, 11:56 PM Two guys walk into a bar. The third ducks.
:P
Almost as cool as the one I know.
A guy walks into a bar.
Ouch.
Shirl 07-10-2004, 12:30 AM ^heheheh. :D
SSPrincess 07-10-2004, 12:46 AM I started laughing at those two jokes, and hit my head on a cabinet, and can now sympathize with the guy lefty mentioned. I must use those two jokes sometime.
I am curious though...when Lissa returns, will this thread get deleted? Or shall we keep all of these warm fuzzy memories until...well...it goes to the big forum in the sky?
Shirl 07-10-2004, 12:49 AM I think Lissa should make a "Hall of Idiots" forum to put threads like this in:D
Yes! That is a good idea! ^
Shirl 07-10-2004, 12:57 AM Where did she go anyway? I'd like to see her reaction to this:D
westernrider 07-10-2004, 01:12 AM hmmm... good idea... now I know of at least 3 people that would be in the Hall Of Idiots :buckt:
lefty 07-10-2004, 02:22 AM PM me with names and maybe I'll compile a list ;)
westernrider 07-10-2004, 03:44 AM I am sure we will have fun with this :buckt:
 Yeah me too... FUN! lol...
MrsJackSparrow 07-10-2004, 04:08 PM Hall of Idiots? Sounds like a good idea. ;)
starlet 07-10-2004, 04:13 PM Gosh, after almost 4 years here i could give you a list a mile long lol
Shirl 07-10-2004, 06:18 PM ^hehehehe. I think thats a good idea though, idiots need to be humiliated:D
weird girl 07-10-2004, 08:24 PM Ooh me likes the idea of public humiliation *evil laugh*
Muahahahaha :buckt:
westernrider 07-11-2004, 02:48 AM maybe for each idiot we could give a detailed description of their stupid behavior :buckt:
weird girl 07-11-2004, 02:51 AM Well of course! No point in public humiliation if we don't give a valid reason as to why they're being publicly humiliated. :buckt:
Besides, a lot of idiots disappeared before I even knew this place existed. :P
lefty 07-11-2004, 02:54 AM I need more names if I'm going to make this thing up :P
westernrider 07-11-2004, 03:48 AM you are starlet should get togeather on it :P both of yall have been around so long I am sure you could cook up a large list... ooo and bethygirl could help too... she has been around since the start as wel
chibi_tenshi 07-12-2004, 02:46 AM Wow, this thread beats reality TV. ^^
Yah, I was just curious. What's with all the 2.0, 3.0, 4.0..etc. and GPA stuffs? Is that some kind of system in the U.S.? Yes, I'm completely ignorant to the ways of my neighbours south of the border. =P
Shirl 07-12-2004, 02:49 AM ^hehehe
westernrider 07-12-2004, 03:12 AM yup... GPA stuffs. I just keep reading over this thread over and over again... some of y'all are so witty and she just hasn't caught on to any of your crack ups :P
Shirl 07-12-2004, 03:14 AM :D Intelligence is its own reward.
Yes, it is. And I have a very nice reward, being immensely intelligent. :D
Shirl 07-12-2004, 04:21 AM As do I. I believe I am the only one at my school who actually enjoys learning. I love knowledge, and its great to be able to carry on intelligent conversations with people, without them saying "Huh?" at the end of every sentence!
I love knowledge as long as it is not Algebra.
weird girl 07-12-2004, 04:33 AM I like learning, I just don't like having to do homework, projects etc. :P
Arc Angel 07-12-2004, 08:50 PM Aww, I missed the first nut of the summer. :( It's so fun to mess with 'em. Ah well. Awesome thread! :P
Shirl 07-12-2004, 08:54 PM That's okay Arc, there will be other nuts:D
Munchkin 07-12-2004, 09:17 PM darn, I'm missing this!!!
ok, i'm here now!
what i say is: Intelligence: Those who own it think they don't, and those who don't think they do.
most of the time.......rofl.
oh *stellar, where are youuuu?
Shirl 07-14-2004, 02:31 PM OO YAY! It seems as if the dark days have passed and the troll has finally gone! :D We can now get back to being "computer nerd freaks"! :P <~~~ Sarcasm :D
westernrider 07-14-2004, 03:14 PM Well, it was fun while it lasted :P
Shirl 07-14-2004, 03:17 PM ^Yes... :: sigh :: I am most certain we will be seeing more incompetent people soon! :P
ham_let 07-14-2004, 05:18 PM *didn't read all of it*
OMG! u banned here before i got here!?!? lol j/k folks... i hope she makes a new accnt and goes to her local library.. =) wanna ridicule her =P
nerds are cool.. as well as non-nerds that frequent here (just to a lesser extent... ;))
Shirl 07-14-2004, 05:26 PM I don't know if she was banned...I'm guessing she just left. ;)
sisqoluv 07-14-2004, 09:55 PM I don't know if she was banned...I'm guessing she just left. ;)
Maybe we hurt her feelings? *feels bad*
:lolol:
Shirl 07-14-2004, 09:57 PM ::doesnt feel bad:: HA, but we are just "computer nerd freaks" remember? we cant possibly her feelings. Do trolls even have feelings? :D
westernrider 07-14-2004, 10:44 PM no, because it can not go through their thick skulls :P
Shirl 07-14-2004, 10:45 PM ^hehehehe
Munchkin 07-22-2004, 07:09 PM I think we have another one :confusion
Go check out my ::500th post::
