Hey,
people use special alt characters that have wierd designs and such, but for some reason my computer can't read these characters and it comes up all messed up with broken html etc.

for example, if I enter the special alt characters page on this site I only see ?/td> not the character. What can I do to fix this?

actually you dont need the special alt characters to do all of that. you can also use html entities! i have a complete list at NO advertising except for the server isnt turned on right now. give me about two hours to get out of school and it will be available again.

It's because OTHER people use them on a certain site, and I can't tell all of them to stop using alt characters just for me.
(it's a big site)
So,...it's not like I want to have them or anything
