Ok so i went to this website thats all about the sims downloads (www.thesimsresource.com) maybe youve heard about it but.. i wanted to know how to make a downloaded house appear in a lot! ok the url for the houses is http://thesimsresource.com/static/free_houses1.html, so now i want to know if they give me the things so i make the house myself or.. the house magiclly appears in an empty lot! (this is making me dizzy!):eek:

It imports the house into a lot in the neighbourhood when you load the game again, empty or not. If it's built for lot 2 and you have a house there, the current house will be no more.

omg all this sims alk got me playing again... i ended up creating the saddest bunch of ppl in the entire planet... here is my chilling story:

plz read the story. i think it's pretty funny considering all the crap that happened to my family, PREVIEW: there's dying, sickness, a sad, dirty house, and a stupid maid.

i created a family of 4 quite a while ago. two men and two women, all adults. before i started playing the sims today i had played around 2 days of their lives. anyways, i get everyone a job. so far their happy, although their job hours are weird and everyone's clock is off.. focusing on keeping them happy, i forget to put ppl into their beds. their all happy anyways, even if their sleepy. i play 3 more days. it's slow b/c at least one person is awake in the house at all times <--@_@ everyone is still quite happy, although the hous is very messy and they have almost no furniture. <--LOL the mother gets a cold. <--HOW DO YOU FIX THIS?!?! they day after, three people get stuck in a hallway. none of them could get out of the hallway for around 3 hours. they become really tired and angry. one person almost died of no energy and one person almost missed work. the third guy, the idiot father, had nothing to lose except for a little energy, as he was not tired. i was cussing so much when they were all in the hallway b/c whenever i told the idiot who wasn't even going anywhere to move into another room, the other ppl told him to move too, thus deleting my command, and he just stood there <---uggh. the next day, after ppl got a bit of rest, 2 ppl (the most tired) got stuck in the doorway of the only bathroom for HALF THE DAY! they kept deleting my commands! i didn't understand y! omg.. both of them almost died until i remembered to delete a wall. then everyone became tired, there were cockroaches everywhere, and no one had eaten in a while <--LOL. the next day one person misses work for the second day in the 4-5 days of employment. <--jeez. everyone is about to die so i make them sleep instead of eat. everyone hasn't watched tv in ages, and their fun level is at 0. <--all of them. the entire family catches the cold. the next day, the father dies. he died of hunger, tiredness, and no social activity, hygiene, or fun. i sell his tombstone so that they don't mourn instead of eat <--LOL everyone STILL has the cold, including the mother... <--SERIOUSLY! HOW DO YOU FIX THIS?!? life continues, and slowly ges easier. house is still extremely messy, so now that they havea fair amount of money ($600) they hire a maid. <--YESSS!!! the maid cleans half the house, and then decides to clean the shower. i hadn't noticed she was stuck int he shower until 4 hours later. SHE WAS STUCK. i couldn't sell the shower or anything... =/ urggh... things seemed to have gotten better and the maid gets STUCK in the friggin SHOWER. and after that. i quit the game. =P

i swear, i have not played a game of the sims that bad until now. they had the crappiest house. it was too ghetto. actually, the ghetto is better than that house. it was a garbage dump.

oh, and my fav player, i found out to get to the next employment level, h needs 12 friends. i currently have 8. it's getting too hard...

yup. lesson: even if ya dirt poor, have wo doors to each bathroom and 2 unit wide hallways. ALWAYS. i just forgot to do it in this house. it prevents disasters, mainly b/c sims are idiots. LOL. thankfully my fav player lives alone. so nobody can block his way.
