I'm trying to make a popup window while click on a text link using the code posted on page - http://www.lissaexplains.com/javascript4.shtml

but I need to know how to make the popup window locate at the center or locate at top/left-hand-side of the screen.

I have use this generator to make a popup window as I need but I also found 2 un-expected advertise popup.

the generator only positions the pop-up window to your resolution. In other resolutions the pop-up will not be centered though :)

Both generator works well although I still found advertise popup, I think because I have included some other script (fireworks). I have no problem while link to a normal page.

i know what u mean, but its not the generators that make the pop-ups, its probably spy-ware... goto www.lavasoft.com and download ad-aware and it will probably find lots of programs, have ad-aware delete em all
