ok i made this flash or blinkie logo or what ever you call it the problem is its size is like 1.28 MB and i think thats too big because it takes forever to load and i was wondering if its possible to reduce the size but also have it be just as good and hve the same quailty?

If it's jasc animation shop (comes with paint shop pro) It will ask you if you want to optimise the file as standard. If you don't get that option. Go to the image drop down tab and choose optimisation. It will show you how you can reduce the image size. (Usualy by reducing the amount of colours)

It will only get rid of the colours you don't need. you can also save your file as an optimised png it will let you choose how far you want to go.
