does anybody know how to make these smileys in photoshop?

Im not sure what exactly you want to know, but u wont be able to do the animation on photoshop depending on what version you have. You have have to take your smilie into Photoshop image ready. There hide and adjust your layers in the animation window to make your smile blink etc.

well...it doesnt have to blink, but how do you make the eyes and stuff?

Well, basically, you have have to draw the little smiley image pixel by pixel (using the pencil tool on size one, opacity 100)- it may help to save/open up that picture in ps and zoom in to sorta get an idea of how they made it

smiley..i think i recognize u from another forum and i think u said u use psp7 so it should be on the left lol where all the other tools are

hehe lol ok well in photoshop cs atleast... u can use the brush tool and if u right click over the brush button... it'll give u an option where u can change to the pencil =P if it's different in psp7 i have done absolutely nothing to help u.. in that case i shall be going then =P
