Hi, how do i change the way my computer uploads graphics. Every single site i use to upload images makes them go all blocky. For example: http://kamikaze.ebid.co.uk/upload_small/9/1088341418-19237-0.jpg

any ideas?

what SHOULD you see and what not? because i looked at the example, and it might be me, but i don't really see the problem in it :S
So if you can explain a bit more, that would be great :) or given an example for the good and the bad image or something

Love,
Mirna

hi

im the example, the poc os clear at the top, but when you look at the bottom, its all blue and jagardy. Some-one told me it was because it was uploaded in ASCII format, but how do i change that?

I dont really see the problem either! But how are you uploading it? If its via FTP most programs have an option on them somewhere to select if you want to upload in ascii or binary...you need to choose binary.

This is a better example. You see the whole pic is messed up.

I see what you mean. How are you uploading them now? Try www.photobucket.com - it's good for uploading pictures..only certain types are allowed though and the file size can't be too big...but just for uploading small/mediam size pics it works nice. :)

I have been using lots of different sites using a browser upload, but it happens on all the websites which i try. It also happens on all the computers in my house. :(
