To colorize eye, mouth, face etc., extra?

Ok go to Image >> Adjustments >> Hue/Saturation

Check the box that says "Colorize" then use the color sliders to choose what colors you want :)

I like to know how colorize something, not the picture

One method is by going to image --> adjustments --> replace color, and select the color you want to change with the eyedropper. You can then adjust the color with the "transform" bars underneath.

you can use the selection lasso tool thingy - I use point to point. Select what you want to color, feather it a few pixels depending on how big the image is..keep it selected and go to colors-->colorize.
