Can anyone tell me how to a sibebar without frames? cuz I would just go with frames, but I want the sidebar bigger without scrolling on the frame, and I can't get my gray frame thing to go away :'( I appreciate any help at all!

I don't understand what you mean about the scrolling. Do you mean you want it set up like Lissa's main site (http://www.lissaexplains.com/intro.shtml)? If so, you have to use tables. She doesn't use Frames.

Or if you mean changing the width of your side frame just mess with the % numbers in your frame code. You can also turn off (http://www.lissaexplains.com/frames.shtml#bar) the scrollbar, but people with smaller screens won't be able to see the rest of the stuff on the sidebar.
