Today, Ladies and Germs, today we are going to make a Cloudy night with Photoshop.

1. Open Photoshop and open a new image. Set the size to 640x480.

2. With the pencil tool, make little cloud shapes around the center of the image.

3. Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and set it between 4 1/2 and 5 (4.9 works the best.)

4. Go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds

5. Go to the same menu, but click on Lightning Effect. Make a circle in the center.
