in psp8...you know the shapes tool? when you make a shape, it is outlined with black...how do you change the outlined color into another color like blue?

I don't think there is a way to.. Because I've tried all sorta things to change the color.. The easiest way is to get the fill tool and fill the outline in! Maybe someone else knows a way..
