does anyone know of a website where they have celebrity psd's? and of a psd totorial for psp? Thanks!

a psd tutorial for psp does not excist :) because psd is a photoshop format. It's just a way of saving images, no tutorial needed. just save as, and then choose "psd" as format. Offcourse, this needs photoshop.

i tried to cut out a background from a picture so all i have is the celebrity but it comes out all sloppy, thats what i meant by psd (why do ppl keep calling it that? is there another name?)
