ok me again..aright no matter what i do i can't seem to get the target linking right!! it seems like i have tried everything! www.geocities.com/islandinthesun144/frames but can someone help me please? aright here is the code.....it's kinda long

Adding the target="middle" will open your pages into the middle frame! :)

that's the left navigation right?

If you want it to target the middle frame, you need to put target="middle" in your <a href=> tags.
