Hello...

...i'm new to the ftp thing, but i think i am on the right track. I've uploaded my html and graphics, but when i go to view the website as anyone else would... you can't see it. I could really use some help on this if anyone has any idea as to why this is happening (or not.....lol).

1. Are you uploading the files into the correct area of your online space?

2. Are you typing in the right address to view the pages using the same filename in spelling and CaSeLeTtErInG?

3. Perhaps there is a problem with the webpage itself. Could you post the online address where one of these pages should be appearing?

As far as i can see, everything is as it should be The url is : www.10derheart.com or www.10derheart.com/index.html

lol probably another cache problem. whenever you upload something new you MUST press refresh, going back the the page via url will do absolutely nothing for you because the browser is going back to the cache to load the page faster.

Thanks for all the help....i figured out what the trouble was. It is so stupid of a thing that i am not gonna even go there as to telling ya'll what it was...lol Just wanted to say "Thanks!"
