Put "<br>"'s & "<p>"'s to make it not all one pareghrahy(i'm sorry I can't spell)

what does that stuff mean?

simply add "<br>" to the end of each answer in order to go to the next line.
( "<br>" means "break" )
<P> means new paragraph, so if you add <p>, it'll skip two lines.

Like this :

Name: ....... <br>
Age: ....... <br>
Location: ......<br>
and so on!
