I would like to create a poll for my page. I could just use a free poll service somewhere but I wouldl like to be able to try it on my own. Any help would be much apreciated. Thanks!

well, you could either use a flatfile database(.txt files) or you could use mysql, OR you could go to http://hotscripts.com and search for a poll script. If you really want to make your own, tell me and i'll be willing to help

Bravenet.com has a poll service, there are also PHP scripts, but if you want a free one thats easy to use, I'd go with bravenet.
