woah thatz a lil challenging ok so she talks about finding out the size and stuff how do you make sure your linking the right spot and how do you find the size of your image???

well yes Lissa's way takes some extra work.. it can be very difficult and tedious if you don't have a image program to use to find the coordinates.. because otherwise you'll have to guess and check. but if you go to the link i gave you with the tutorials, you'll find those a lot easier. if you need, you can download a free 60-day trial of paint shop pro 8 at www.jasc.com.

Microsoft Frontpage (sorry I said it) does image mapping too, you can simply select the point to point area of where you want and it will generate the html for you :)

I used MS Paint for my image map - when u hover over the area it tells u the coordinates at the bottom right hand corner

or you could use a program like Cute Map...

it's very simple to use and it does everything for you. you just pretty much highlight the part of the pic that you want to be the link and it generates the html code...
