Hey are the neopets shops allowing music and backgrounds? Last time I went on there was some trouble getting those things up. Is it another rule, because they have way to many of those.

Music is allowed in shops. Providing it's decent that is.

As for shop backgrounds, I remember that there was something about certain shop backgrounds not being allowed because it made it hard to see the prices in the shop and people were being scammed or ripped off. So, now, if you want to have a nice looking background in your shop, you have to have a background image.

Yeah...I think people were making black backgrounds and making everything priced 99,999...I almost ran into that until I learned the magic of highlighting-so haha scammers! They also restricted the types of codes you can use...I came back after a while and had to remove all these cool things from my shop...and all I came to do was change my blog :hehe:.
