I must be computer illiterate because I dont understand how to make the marquee scroll. I know it says to copy and paste the code, but I noticed the code to copy and paste isnt moving, so why should it when I copy it, put my message in and paste it in mail?
I tried this, and of course, it did not work. I do not use Netscape, so what the heck am I doing wrong?

uhh can u put the code up or try 2 explain a bit more so i can try to help cos i have NO idea what u want to do..... well i understand its got somethin 2 do with a marquee...

You can only mail html to someone else if that host also allows html in their emails. Otherwise the other person will get a bunch of html codes and he/she has to look for the real message in it. My advice, don't email this stuff :)
