Do any of you know if you can use CGI on geocities?

every site has an 'file supported' or 'we give you' page where it says what they allow and what not. On geocities they have this:

For security reasons, we will not be supporting CGI scripts or .EXE files

on the 'supported files' page. Just check out on every host, or try the 'search' box on their site
