This tutorial adds a little bit of life to psds/pictures.

1. Open an image. In the layers pallete, duplicate it.

2. On the duplicated image, goto Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

3. Use something around 3-4. Something less or something more doesn't come out as well.

4. On the drop-down list of blends, use 'Hard Light' for best result.

5. If you want, you can use motion blur also. I use 72 when I use the motion blur, it comes out fairy well.
